LOOKING FOR SYSTEM INSTALLER; Handymen and master's degree need not apply (High school diploma preferred but not required).

1-2 Years of General Construction Experience Preferred but not required.

NOTE: We Operate from Willard Missouri (Just North of Springfield) and Service a two-hour radius. Don't apply if you are further than an hour away from Springfield Missouri metro area.

We are a young company looking for motivated help. We are in need an individual to help with system installation. This Job is primarily Residential installation role.

This role would include working in an installation crew of 2-3 crew members. Construction experience is a plus. As a foundation repair and waterproofing company, we get dirty. If you don’t want to get dirty don’t apply. On the other hand, we have a lot of fun and don't operate as a crude environment. We are locally owned and operated serving all of Southwest Missouri. We service homes within an hour of Springfield most of the time however sometimes we will go 1.5-2 hours out. Gas and/or hotel provided (this happens only a handful of times per year). This Job Consists of working in crawlspaces, digging, running drainage systems and installing pumps. On-site work training is provided and is considered paid time! Job consists of installing support systems for residential homes and concrete demolition as well as pouring new concrete at times.

This Job consists of good variety and field work. No two jobs are the same. New Hire will work under current team leads to ensure proper installations of systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with construction projects, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures

- Ability to perform physical labor tasks

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
