Emergency Medical Transport Professional Summary:
Guardian Flight is seeking skilled Flight Nurses to provide critical patient care during air transport. As an Emergency Medical Transport Professional, you will apply advanced medical knowledge and skills in emergency situations, working collaboratively with air and ground personnel. Your focus on teamwork and safety will be essential in assessing and managing the condition of critically ill or injured patients. Required qualifications include a valid RN license, emergency care experience, and various advanced life support certifications.

- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus payable in two installments following the end of training

Job Duties:
- Assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care situations
- Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians' orders
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment, ensuring regular equipment checks and compliance with safety standards and briefings
- Work collaboratively and effectively communicate in a professional manner with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
- Share shift change information to transitioning team and follow protocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting required
- Flight experience preferred
