Job Overview
The Diesel Mechanic manager will oversee and work with the mechanic team to take care of our tow trucks and wreckers with gas and diesel engines, from a light-duty truck to a flatbed with air brakes. Knowledge in all categories of vehicle repair from service routine to computer-aided diagnostics and air brake repairs is required. This position will be maintaining repair records, a clean work area, and talking with the mechanics to clarify a concern on the vehicle is a must-have skill.

Physical Requirements
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, working outdoors in the environment can be exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud. Lifting over 50lbs is a job requirement must not have any lifting restrictions and must not be afraid of heights. Will be working with hydraulic oils, motor oils, antifreeze, and diesel fuels. Must have the ability to sit, stand, lay on ground, bend over, and move intermittently.
