Position Highlights
- 2 days- General Dentist position
- Minimum guaranteed salary: $700-$800 Daily with unlimited earning potential based on collections
- PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
- Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan
- Path to Partnership with no upfront cost
- Busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty
- Consistent new patient flow and full clinical schedule
- State-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging
- Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership
- Team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence
- Annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic
- Medical Benefits at 20 hours per week
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active State Dental License & DEA License
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
- Restorative procedures
- Extractions (simple and surgical)
- Crown & Bridge
- Endodontics (Root Canals)
- iTero scanning
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Collaborative case review sessions with peers and mentors

- Dedicated support team to handle admin, billing, and scheduling
