- Full-time or part-time General Dentist position
- Minimum guaranteed salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
- PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
- Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

- Consistent new patient flow and full clinical schedule
- State-of-the-art digital technology, including CBCT iTero scanners and 3D imaging
- Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership

- Annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic
- $150,000 minimum annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections
- Health benefits available for team members working 20 hours/week
- Paid malpractice insurance
- 401(k) with immediate eligibility
- $2,000 Annual CE Allowance In-house Continuing Education opportunities
- Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active State Dental License & DEA License
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
- Restorative procedures
- Extractions (simple and surgical)
- Crown & Bridge
- Endodontics (Root Canals)
- iTero scanning
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Collaborative case review sessions with peers and mentors

- Dedicated support team to handle admin, billing, and scheduling
