Position Highlights
- Part-time General Dentist role with serious long-term growth potential
- Primary schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays (Friday required) — open to adding Saturdays down the road
- Mentorship and Doctor Development support built in
- First pick to grow into full-time as our legacy doctor transitions to part-time
- An experienced dentist who brings specialty skills to the table — think implants, endo, or clear aligner therapy — and wants to plug into an already-thriving practice
- A new grad who's hungry to learn and ready to be mentored directly by our legacy doctor, Dr. Rago
- Established, family-focused practice with a loyal, long-tenured patient base
- Top Invisalign-producing practice in the area
- Heavy endo volume and a "bread and butter" restorative focus
- Currently referring out implant placement (restoring only) — plenty of room for a doctor who places
- Modern tech, including iTero digital scanning
- Clinical autonomy, backed by experienced leadership
