- 1-hour hygiene appointments and 1.5-hour new-patient appointments — no rushing
- Modern dental technology, including iTero, laser, AI perio charting, Cavitron, and Open Dental
- 4-day workweek with a Monday–Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
- One weekday off — Tuesday or Wednesday
- One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- $63–$65 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities

Qualifications
- Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care
- Periodontal charting
- Digital X-rays
- Prophylaxis (prophy)
- Scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Patient education
- Fluoride treatments
- Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
