• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Starting at $30 per hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Montgomery Smiles, you will:

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services and patient-centered care.
• Perform periodontal charting and assess periodontal health.
• Provide prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP).
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs.
• Apply fluoride treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
• Build positive relationships with patients through excellent communication and a warm, professional chairside manner.
• Collaborate with the dental team to promote outstanding patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Proficiency in periodontal charting, prophylaxis, SRP, dental radiographs, and fluoride treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to patient care.
• Commitment to providing excellent clinical care and creating a positive patient experience.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
