As a call center representative, you will interact with patients primarily by phone to create the ultimate patient experience. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing phones, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with patients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Scheduling all New Patient and existing patient calls and confirming provider schedules.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
- Listening to patient needs or issues and providing helpful solutions.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Processing payments and acquiring insurance information for verification.
- FOLLOWING PROVIDED SCRIPTS FOR COMMON QUESTIONS.
- Engaging in active listening with callers and diffusing patient conflict matters.
- Utilizing interactive software to oversee customer service call efficiency and call flow.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Associates Degree preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with coworkers and patients
- Driven personality to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients

- Guaranteed Hourly Rate range of $16-$18 based on experience
