House Cleaner / Small Cleaning Team (1099 Contractor)Overview
Guardian Cleaners is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented house cleaner or small team of cleaners to join our growing network. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual or an established cleaning team looking to fill gaps in their schedule while enjoying the flexibility of independent contracting.
As a 1099 independent contractor (not a W-2 employee), you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule while receiving consistent work opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed.
- Complete floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service by accommodating client preferences and maintaining professionalism.
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure each home meets Guardian Cleaners' quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or custodial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation practices, and techniques.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Ability to perform floor care, including carpet cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or effectively as part of a small cleaning team.

Compensation & Requirements
- 1099 Independent Contractor (not a W-2 position)
- Pay is per job and typically averages $25–$35 per hour.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
