Job Responsibilities
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and other designated areas as assigned by supervisor
- Complete cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms
- Gather and dispose of trash properly
- Clean windows as needed
- Disinfect areas as directed by supervisor
- Potentially clean areas containing bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit)
- Perform daily activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head for items, pushing and pulling janitorial cart
- Lift up to 25 pounds as required
- Notify supervisor of deficiencies or repairs needed
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Utilize supplies efficiently to avoid waste
- Document cleaning activities using daily checklists
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols
- Abide by company policies
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be able to PASS a Background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
