Office Assistant/Intern Needed for Busy Asphalt Services Company
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a general office assistant for a fast-paced asphalt services company. The role involves answering phones, using cloud-based software, performing data entry, filing, scheduling, and handling various office tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel and other Office apps)
- Strong technological skills and a quick learner
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Position Details:
- Flexible PT hours/days between 8 AM - 6 PM, but an agreed to set schedule is required
- Seasonal position with eligibility for seasonal unemployment benefits
- Potential for part-time continuation throughout the winter season
