Long Term Care (300 Wing)
Location: Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN
Salary Range: $ /Hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:
- 6am - 2:30pm Schedule.
- Part time, working 40 hours per pay period (2 Weeks).
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday.
Position Summary:
The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is responsible for providing respectful, resident-centered care and assistance to the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
Job Duties:
- To provide direct personal cares for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- To provide Restorative/Maintenance nursing programs as developed by Nursing Rehabilitation
- To accurately document cares provided, resident observations.
- To assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
- To assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
- Follows universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
- All duties will be performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, state and federal regulations.
- Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure and as related to HIPPA.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
- Prior nursing experience preferred.
- Must be 16 years of age, or older.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.
