What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and participate in daily activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and prescribed exercises
- Prepare meals according to dietary instructions
- Assist with feeding when needed
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Assist with shopping, errands, and household needs
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings when appropriate
- Provide personal care and comfort
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Follow individualized care plans
- Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team
- Maintain client confidentiality and dignity
- Provide a safe, clean, and supportive environment

- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team
- Committed to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live with dignity and independence
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a car and insurance
- CNA/LNA certification is a plus- But not needed
- Previous home care experience is helpful but not needed (We will train)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be physically and emotionally capable of performing the duties of the position
