As an experienced Caregiver/PCA, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety. This role requires confidence in delivering personal care and the ability to manage day-to-day client needs with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate communication with care team
- Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA
- Strong understanding of personal care and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
- Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
