Home Health Aide/CNA/LNA Pay Rate: \$19-\$21 per hour Schedule:
Part-time to full-time opportunities available. Summary: To assist
clients in their own homes with activities of daily living, boost their
spirits, and significantly improve their quality of life, by delivering
quality and safe home health care services. Responsibilities: The Home
Health Aide accepts responsibility for his/her own actions and: 1.
Provides necessary information on their own health status and
experience. 2. Accepts only assignments for which qualified. 3. Attends
agency orientation, in-service education programs and staff meetings as
required. 4. Practices safety and competency within the job description.

the bathroom; changing undergarments or emptying catheter bags. Measures
and records intake and output. Sanitize all DME?s as prescribed. And
more. Physical Specifications 1.Equipment Used Commonly on Caregiver
Cases Manual Tools: Hoyer lift, slide board, prosthesis, cane, walker,
wheelchair, other durable medical equipment (DME). Each individual case
will have a different level of use. 2.Physical Requirements: Bending:
Frequent bending is required to care for clients in their bed or chair,
e.g. tying client?s shoes, foot care, housekeeping duties, and other
personal care duties. Lifting: Frequent lifting of clients is required
in transfer from bed to chair, chair to bed, up in chair and bed. Also
other lifting of objects may be required. Approximate pounds required to
lift will range according to size of client or object which may vary.
Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs is required by Guardian Angel
Senior Services, Inc. Standing: Is required and may be up to 90 percent
of employee time on surfaces ranging from hardwood floor or carpeting to
concrete floor. Employee will be required to stand stationary for a
period of time while providing client care. Walking: Is required for
entry and mobility through client?s home on the same surfaces as listed
above. Also, walking with the client for his/her exercise programs and
