Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play an essential role in connecting caregivers with clients and helping keep our home care services running smoothly.

YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE SCHEDULER

As a Full-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers.

Your Day May Include

• Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
• Creating and maintaining accurate caregiver schedules
• Communicating with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs
• Assisting with finding coverage for open shifts
• Ensuring client services are staffed appropriately
• Maintaining accurate documentation and scheduling records
• Working closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Building positive relationships with caregivers and clients
• Helping solve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with scheduling or home care is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus

Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service is preferred, but we are looking for the right person with the motivation and skills to succeed.
