What You'll Do
As our Hiring Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building our caregiver workforce by:
- Recruiting and interviewing caregiver candidates
- Creating and managing online job advertisements
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community events
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Coordinating orientations and onboarding new hires
- Completing applicant screenings and employment verifications
- Entering new hire information accurately into company systems
- Partnering with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
- Achieving weekly hiring and recruiting goals
We're Searching For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and confident using computers, social media, and employment websites
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Recruitment, staffing, HR, or home care experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)

Monday–Friday

- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
