Caregiving Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
- Support caregiver staffing and shift coverage efforts
- Maintain employee and client records
- Perform data entry and document management
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
- Support administrative projects and office operations
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- HHA, CNA, PCA, or related experience welcomed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
