As a Caregiver/PCA, you will support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
- Provide medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
