What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or Home Care Aide, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Assistance with daily activities
• Following the client's care plan
• Reporting changes in the client's condition
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
  
  

Your goal is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are reliable, compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, Home Health Aide, LNA, CNA, Personal Care Assistant, or Direct Care Worker is welcome.

You Should Have

• A caring and dependable attitude
• Good communication skills
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and required insurance
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Ability to complete required employment and background screening
