The Opportunity
We're hiring a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Federal Way office. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone eager to build a real career in insurance, with full support from our team every step of the way. A Washington State P&C license is required prior to your start date — if you're not yet licensed, we may offer monetary support toward your education as part of your offer, with the expectation that you pass the exam before joining the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Run quotes and present coverage options to prospective and existing clients
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and new coverage needs
- Process policies and documentation with accuracy and thoroughness
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent service
- Stay current on products, carriers, and industry developments
- Support the team in achieving service and growth goals
- Maintain organized records within our agency management and CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Currently licensed in Washington State P&C — or motivated to get licensed (we cover the cost)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a love of organized systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- Experience with an Agency Management System (AMS) or CRM is a strong plus
- Bilingual in English and Russian is required — we proudly serve a diverse client community
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new software and workflows
