The Opportunity
We're hiring a full-time Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Federal Way office. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial lines accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique coverage needs
- Run quotes and present customized commercial insurance solutions to prospects and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through binding coverage
- Retain and grow your existing book of business through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the CSR team to ensure smooth policy processing and client satisfaction
- Stay current on commercial markets, carriers, products, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records within our agency management and CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Russian — required
- Washington State P&C license — preferred; if not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain prior to start date (monetary support toward licensing may be offered as part of your offer)
- Previous sales experience — strongly preferred; insurance sales experience is a major plus
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
- Strong communicator — confident, professional, and persuasive in both languages
- Self-starter who can manage their pipeline and hit the ground running
- Experience with an AMS or CRM is a plus
- Commercial lines knowledge or background is a plus but not required
