❤️ What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow established patient care plans
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

???? Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
