❤️ What You’ll Do
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans under the supervision of a nurse

Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in patient homes
