Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence, monitoring activity, controlling access when needed, reporting incidents, enforcing site rules, and assisting with de-escalation when necessary. Officers must be able to remain professional under pressure, communicate clearly, and represent Guarded Solutions LLC with integrity at all times.
Applicants should be reliable, punctual, well-groomed, and able to follow post orders and company policies. Prior security experience is preferred but not always required. DCJS certification is preferred, and applicants must be willing to meet all Virginia security requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring assigned posts, entrances, parking lots, buildings, or event areas
Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
Documenting incidents, unusual activity, and safety concerns
Communicating with supervisors, clients, staff, and law enforcement when needed
Following site-specific post orders and company procedures
Assisting with crowd control, access control, and conflict de-escalation
Requirements:

Virginia DCJS certification preferred
