Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patrols across designated sites using CCTV systems and physical inspections to identify potential security threats or breaches.
- Monitor surveillance footage continuously, utilizing CCTV technology to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and documentation at entry points.
- Perform conflict management by de-escalating tense situations with professionalism while maintaining safety protocols.
- Administer first aid or CPR when required, providing immediate assistance until emergency responders arrive.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping for security audits and investigations.
