DTLA / Full Time / HOA / SecurityAvailable Shifts:1.) Monday - Wedsnesday : 2pm-10:30pm Sat -Sun 6am- 2pmWe are seeking dependable security officers able to work independently and within groups. Able to multi task and problem solve, possess excellent customer service and communicative skills. Applicants must be able to perform designated job duties and abide by company/industry policies and procedures. Applicant is encouraged to be Computer literate; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize Property computer system training module Able to respond to requests from upper management in a timely and expeditious fashion. Possess a friendly and bright demeanor at ALL TIMES. Organized, and able to retain records, written and / or verbal requests and other documentation, as circumstances may dictate. Encourage security officer a proactive perspective in all areas, and able to be creative and innovative in an effort to meet standards and expectations.Duties and responsibilities:As Lobby representatives, it is our duty to welcome potential residents, guests and visitors as they arrive. Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits. Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.Provide excellent customer service to all Vendors, residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, 1 year security experience in residential environment is preferable but not necessary
Salary : $19 - $22
