Guaranty Closing and Title Services, Inc.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Real Estate Closing Specialist to help guide buyers and sellers through the final steps of their home purchase.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule real estate closings
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Walk buyers and sellers through paperwork at closing
- Make sure all documents are accurate and complete
- Handle and distribute funds securely
- Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
- Keep organized records and files
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office; Qualia is a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in real estate, banking, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree
