At Guaranty Closing and Title Services, we are looking for a unique dual-role superstar to join our team as a Closing Agent and Marketing Coordinator. One day you might be helping buyers and sellers reach the finish line on their dream home, and the next you might be creating fun social media content or designing marketing materials.
Closing & Office Support
- Assist with real estate closings from start to finish
- Review and prepare closing documents, making sure all documents are accurate and complete
- Handle and distribute funds securely
- Support the closing team with scheduling, communication and organization
- Help create smooth, positive experiences for buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, etc.
- Create engaging social media content
- Assist marketing with designing marketing materials
- Support local events, promotions and relationship building

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and social media savvy
- Friendly, professional and positive
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment and independently
- Experience in real estate, title, marketing or customer service is a plus, but training is available if you want to learn the business!
