Administrative Coordinator – Appleton Office

Guaranty Closing and Title Services is a busy, people-first title insurance company helping buyers, sellers, and real estate pros close some of the most exciting chapters of their lives — new homes! Every closing is a celebration.

You’ll greet buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and partners — setting the tone for an unforgettable closing experience. You’ll be right there when a first-time homebuyer signs the final document and gets the keys to their dream home. (Yes, it’s as rewarding as it sounds.)

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and assist our amazing customers
  • Prepare documents for closings
  • Help coordinate and support closing appointments
  • Keep schedules organized and on track
  • Make sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently
