Guaranty Bank is looking for a Deposit Operation Manager (Officer) to join our deposit operations team! This individual will be responsible for providing direct support and supervision to staff. They will ensure efficient operations, appropriate staffing, and prompt customer service while maintaining confidentiality of customer account information. The Deposit Operations Manager provides coaching, training, observation, and feedback to help all reporting staff in their development and operational responsibilities. This person will collaborate with management to provide a full range of professional, technical, and support to customers, vendors, and bank personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have at least 5-7 years in banking, operations, and/or experience with a minimum of 3 or more years of leadership responsibilities
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred (or an equivalent combination of experience or education)
