Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

First-year reps typically earn: $80,000 – $120,000

Top performers earn: $150,000

We are looking for a Roofing Project Consultant (Salesperson)!

The Opportunity:

Whether it be roofing, siding, windows, or gutters – we provide them with design consultation and solutions to their needs with our variety of services and products.

We are currently searching for a Home Improvement Project Consultant to join our team. DUTIES:

• Receive leads and pre-set appointments from company-provided sources
• Generate leads to supplement the pre-set appointments 
• Visit customers to listen to concerns and provide a solution and estimate for our services
• Write contract using our easy to learn software and walk customers through the process of working with Guaranteed Roofing
• Collect the signed contract, deposit, and necessary paperwork for us to begin the job

QUALIFICATIONS:

• We are open to those with little experience for entry-level positions
• Sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
• Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on reasonably accessible roofs
• Self-starter, motivated, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
