About Us:
Guaranteed Rate Affinity is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. We provide mortgage origination services to clients of over 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby's International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.
Compensation: $45-48k
The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support one of our top producing teams in Fairfield County, CT. This role will support their growing business and generate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Vice Presidents of Mortgage Lending with tasks related to increasing production, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Generate ideas and execute business plans, including lead generation strategies and event planning.
- Create and post social media content, manage online presence, and respond to reviews.
- Follow up with Realtors and referral partners, and provide marketing support.
- Manage databases, coordinate marketing campaigns, and create content for presentations.
- Look for opportunities for community involvement and local branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years related experience.
- Comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination systems.
