Overview
The Manager of Partnership Strategy supports the Guaranteed Rate Affinity/Coldwell Banker joint venture by executing field-level partnership activities that strengthen alignment between GRA leadership, loan officers, and Coldwell Banker agents. This role focuses on increasing agent engagement, supporting adoption of key partnership programs, and providing operational support that converts strategy into measurable outcomes.
The Manager of Partnership Strategy works closely with the Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager (and broader Strategic Growth team) to support JV initiatives, events, data reviews, and communication loops that elevate field performance and reinforce the value of the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Strategic Growth Team leadership in executing field-based partnership activities that drive increased capture rate, referral flow, and LO integration within Coldwell Banker offices.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, workshops, and business reviews focused on agent adoption, LO engagement and growth
- Assist in training and equipping CBD and GRA leaders with partnership activation playbooks, tools and best practices
- Partner with Regional Presidents and CB Office Managers to identify challenges, surface opportunities, and support improved LO engagement and retention
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between GRA and Coldwell Banker office leadership to ensure alignment, transparency and consistency in communication.
- Maintain positive relationships with Coldwell Banker field marketing partners and GRA pod leaders to coordinate field communications and targeted actions.
- Own the full lifecycle of addendum requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely processing
- Manage compensation plan requests, confirming alignment with policies, approvals and proper documentation
- Support the preparation of materials for leadership presentations, events and ETD (Experience the Different) sessions
- Attend ETD as assigned to support candidate engagement when regional leadership is unavailable
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage, real estate, sales support, partnerships or related fields
- Strong communication skills and comfort navigating multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage details, deadlines and documentation with high accuracy
- Collaborative, proactive and skilled at building trust with field partners
- Data-driving mindset with the ability to interpret trends and surface insights
