Night Cleaning Team Lead

• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 20 hours per week

Guaranteed Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Night Cleaning Team Lead to supervise a commercial cleaning crew. This is a working lead position where you will clean alongside your team while ensuring all work meets company quality standards.

We are looking for a dependable leader with strong commercial cleaning experience, knowledge of floor care, and the ability to motivate and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the evening cleaning team.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform general commercial cleaning duties.
• Operate and train employees on commercial floor care equipment.
• Communicate with management regarding quality, staffing, and supply needs.
• Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Experience with commercial floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
• Ability to perform floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and burnishing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Background check may be required.
