Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial businesses including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and using appropriate protective gear
- Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by following procedure.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, especially with commercial cleaning environments
- Strong customer service skills help in interacting professionally with staff or visitors when necessary
- Previous experience with sanitation standards and commercial cleaning practices will support success in this role
