We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances. Duties
- Diagnose issues with appliances and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes and appliance maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role focused on appliance repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to appliance functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
