What You'll Do

- Build and maintain detailed construction schedules from project outset through completion
- Perform critical path, float, and compression analyses to identify risks and recovery opportunities
- Analyze schedule performance and identify root causes of delays
- Prepare reports, narratives, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations, and Legal teams
- Implement scheduling standards, templates, and tools to improve consistency
- Provide oversight and guidance to other schedulers
- Capture and apply lessons learned to future projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling principles and CPM methodologies
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Experience with construction contracts and schedule-related provisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field
