Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Fulfill all opening and closing procedures to ensure cleanliness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Spot On
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing
