This position is for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers and has strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. The position will also support order processing and fulfillment on a need-to basis. Candidates must be willing to follow detailed instructions and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Be a good people person.
- Assist customers in resolving problems with company products and services.
- Provide customer support for a product or service.
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment for online/e-commerce orders
- Have a positive attitude about the job.
- Be detailed oriented.
- Be able to take direction from supervisors and co-workers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
