This role requires strong technical ability, excellent patient care skills, and adaptability to varied work environments. The PSR ensures accurate specimen collection, labeling, and documentation while maintaining a safe, professional, and customer-focused experience for all patients.Key Responsibilities:Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing duties accurately and efficiently across multiple sites.Maintain a safe and professional work environment while ensuring patient comfort and trust.Verify patient identity and ensure proper specimen labeling and documentation.Demonstrate strong communication and professionalism with patients, peers, and supervisors.Accurately maintain required records, logs, and documentation per company and regulatory standards.Exhibit leadership behaviors and uphold company values of confidentiality, safety, and process excellence.Adhere to company policies including attendance, dress code, and patient safety protocols.Required Experience:2–3 years of phlebotomy experience required.Skilled in pediatric and geriatric venipuncture.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong customer service background in a high-volume environment.Reliable transportation required (bus, rideshare, or Uber not acceptable).Nice-to-Have Experience:Prior experience as a traveling or mobile phlebotomist.Exposure to healthcare or laboratory settings.Required Skills:Valid Phlebotomy License (state-specific credential required).Excellent technical proficiency in specimen collection and data accuracy.Reliability, punctuality, and ability to maintain consistent attendance.Preferred Skills:Time management and multitasking under pressure.Flexibility for varying shifts, holidays, and weekend coverage.Exceptional communication and empathy in patient care.Additional Skills:Decision-making using established protocols.Ability to adapt to multiple work environments with professionalism.Strong interpersonal and organizational commitment.Benefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401(k) Retirement FundAbout the Client:Leading provider of diagnostic information services empowering healthier lives.
