This position assists with tasks across multiple HR functional areas, including staffing, employee relations, personnel records, compensation, benefits, and training. The role requires strict confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to manage time-sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the HR department and related functions.Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews.Process applications, employment documents, terminations, new hires, pay changes, and other confidential forms.Maintain secure HR files and databases, ensuring confidentiality standards are met.Conduct file audits to verify documentation completeness and compliance.Process payment requests for HR-related invoices.Gather information and prepare HR reports.Coordinate all aspects of new employee onboarding.Assist in organizing HR events.Manage pre-employment tasks and onboarding coordination.Respond to routine employee questions in a professional, customer-focused manner.Follow all prescribed safety and environmental procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned per management direction.Required Experience:High School Diploma.Minimum 2 years of recent Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in Human Resources or another confidentiality-sensitive department.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Nice-to-Have Experience:Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Working knowledge of Oracle.Experience supporting a fast-paced HR or administrative environment.Required Skills (Top Skills):Administrative support and workflow managementConfidential documentation handling & recordkeepingScheduling, onboarding, and HR process coordinationPreferred Skills:Microsoft Office proficiencyHRIS familiarity (Oracle preferred)Strong communication and multitasking capabilityAdditional Skills from Original Description:File auditingInvoice processingReport preparationHR event coordinationPre-employment task managementSafety and environmental procedure adherenceBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Company:Intelligent power management company focused on sustainability and improving quality of life.
