This role ensures a smooth experience for participants by managing program logistics, coordinating events, maintaining databases, and providing organizational and analytical support to program leaders. This position is integral during peak academic cycles when onboarding and offboarding demands increase significantly.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage structured internship programs, including placement coordination and progress monitoring.Facilitate onboarding processes, deliver orientation programs, and provide continuous support for new hires.Evaluate program effectiveness, implement improvements, and stay current on industry best practices.Establish and manage mentorship programs; provide early career guidance and support.Organize workshops, networking events, and both virtual and in-person experiences.Promote diversity and inclusion within all early career programs and implement strategies to attract diverse talent.Serve as main point of contact for Early Career participants and their managers, escalating issues appropriately.Maintain accurate databases and ensure all program data is tracked, updated, and organized.Coordinate logistics for large-scale events, including preparation, scheduling, and execution.Support the cyclical needs of onboarding and offboarding driven by academic hiring patterns, including exit processes, feedback collection, and cycle planning.Required Experience:Experience managing internship programs, graduate recruitment, or early career initiatives.Proven background in program management, including designing and implementing structured development programs.Experience establishing or managing mentorship programs.Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across varying levels of stakeholders.Nice-to-Have Experience:Experience supporting large onboarding cycles or seasonal HR operations.Exposure to diversity and inclusion program initiatives.Experience running workshops or employee engagement events.Required Skills:Strong organizational and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday)Preferred Skills:Career development and coaching abilitiesData-driven problem-solvingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Event coordinationInterpersonal relationship managementAdditional Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive and resourceful working styleStrong attention to detailStakeholder engagementDiversity and inclusion program comprehensionBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:A leading sustainable energy company operating across 24 states with $40 billion in assets.
