Nurse Practitioner – Houston, TX (Katy Pearland Spring)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Monday–Friday Some Saturdays
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 Performance-Based Bonus

- Pain Management NP – Spring (77090)
Key Responsibilities
TRT/HRT Nurse Practitioner Duties (Katy & Pearland)
- Diagnose low testosterone/hormonal imbalance conditions
- Develop and manage individualized TRT/HRT treatment plans
- Order, review, and interpret hormone panels, CBCs, and related labs
- Prescribe medications related to hormone therapy
- Monitor patient progress via in-person/virtual visits and EHR
- Educate patients on treatment expectations and long-term wellness
- Manage side effects (e.g., elevated hematocrit) and ensure safe medication practices
- Follow clinical guidelines for men's wellness and gender-affirming care
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow regulatory standards
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Duties (Spring)
- Conduct comprehensive acute and chronic pain assessments
- Diagnose pain conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Prescribe pain medications and recommend therapies
- Evaluate patient response to pain management interventions
- Provide education to patients and families on pain strategies
- Perform interventional pain management procedures when appropriate
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Stay current on pain management research and clinical best practices
- Advocate for patients and assist with system navigation
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing – Required
- Certified Nurse Practitioner – Required
- Active Texas NP License – Required
- DEA License – Required
- Experience in TRT/HRT (for Katy/Pearland) or Pain Management (for Spring) – Preferred but strongly desired
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal & patient communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
- New Grads considered only if licensed and with relevant experience
