Nurse Practitioner | Physician Associate
Location: Oregon – Various locations including Portland, Salem, Eugene, Medford, and Bend

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Shift Timing: Day shift only (no evenings, weekends, or on-call)

Role: Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to residents in Post-Acute, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ overall well-being.
