Driller Helper
Position : Geotechnical Driller Helper
Office Location : Benton, Arkansas
Job Description : Geotechnical and Testing Services, Inc. (GTS, Inc.) is seeking to fill an entry-level Driller Helper position in our Benton, Arkansas office location.
Driller Helpers work in the field to assist the driller with drilling activities. The Driller’s Helper position typically transitions to a driller position within 2 to 3 years for a motivated applicant.
Compensation : We offer medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick days; company matched simple IRA, etc. Entry-level positions typically start at $13.00/hour without previous experience.
Qualifications :
- Must be willing to work outdoors year-round.
- Must be able to repetitively lift approximately 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in AR, OK, MO, KS and TX weekly with out of town stays
- Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with GTS, Inc. personnel.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
