Sales & Account Management Associate

GTR is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Management Associate to work directly alongside our Sales Manager and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, account management, and business development while gaining exposure to recruiting, client service, and staffing operations.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
- Support business development and lead generation efforts
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
- Attend client visits and sales meetings
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices
- Support client communication and relationship management
- Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts
Qualifications
