Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Analyst to provide both technical and functional leadership across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
This role will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT to design solutions, enhance business processes, develop and support JD Edwards functionality, and deliver enterprise system improvements.
The ideal candidate brings strong JD Edwards development experience combined with deep functional knowledge across Finance and Procurement, with Distribution experience considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational needs.
- Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and solution design discussions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
- Develop implementation plans, workflows, process maps, and supporting documentation.
JD Edwards Development
- Design, develop, enhance, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Functions (BSFN)
- Named Event Rules (NER)
- Event Rules (ER)
- Interactive Applications
- Universal Batch Engines (UBE)
- Table Conversions
- Business Views
- Use Object Management Workbench (OMW) to manage development and deployment activities.
- Develop SQL queries and troubleshoot application and database issues.
- Support Orchestrator, REST APIs, Business Services (BSSV), and enterprise integrations.
- Partner with CNC resources on deployments, package builds, and environment migrations.
Functional Support
Support JD Edwards Finance and Procurement processes including:
Finance
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Period Close
- Banking and Payment Processing
Procurement
- Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Supplier Management
- Receiving
- Voucher Match
- Approval Workflows
Additional experience with Distribution, Inventory, Sales Order Management, WMS, or Order-to-Cash is highly desirable.
Testing & Production Support
- Develop test plans, use cases, and validation procedures.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and support release readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users.
- Create support documentation and training materials.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a senior technical and functional resource for JD Edwards.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers.
- Collaborate across Development, Infrastructure, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Support enterprise ERP projects, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Promote development standards, governance, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
- Strong hands-on JD Edwards development experience.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
