IT Field Technician

We are seeking an IT Field Technician to provide hands-on technical support across corporate offices and industrial sites. This role delivers on-site assistance through scheduled service calls, dispatch-based tickets, dedicated client assignments, and project-based deployments, with a focus on end-user workstations and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at corporate offices and industrial sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues affecting end-user workstations and network infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain devices to support operational requirements.
• Resolve dispatched and scheduled service tickets efficiently.
• Assist users with technical issues and system usage.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate asset records.
• Perform preventive maintenance on supported equipment and infrastructure.
• Document technical work, resolutions, and field service activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in IT field support.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
